At the Dona Maria restaurant in Sintra, one of the most common challenges in the HORECA sector becomes especially evident: the unevenness of cobbled floors, so characteristic of many Portuguese cities. For its terrace, tables with the esTABLEes ECO base were installed, a solution that combines sustainability and functionality in a single design. The base is made from 100% recycled and recyclable material, embracing a circular economy model that allows plastic waste to be reused to create new products with added value. But beyond its environmental commitment, ECO integrates the esTABLEes stabilizing system, able to adapt automatically to irregularities in the ground. Each table finds its balance immediately, avoiding one of the most common problems on terraces and outdoor spaces: wobbling tables. In a setting like Sintra, where the stone paving is part of the identity of the place, this ability to adapt becomes a key factor in guaranteeing the comfort and stability of the experience. A solution where sustainability, design and functionality work together to improve the day-to-day of hospitality.
